📋 Description

• Serve as the trusted clinical partner and primary clinical lead for clients navigating complex cancer conditions and treatment decisions • Deliver evidence-based care recommendations aimed at improving outcomes beyond standard approaches • Manage ongoing client relationships, ensuring clarity, confidence, and continuity throughout healthcare journeys • Analyze complex medical cases to identify gaps, opportunities, and advanced care pathways • Explore specialized diagnostics and treatment options beyond standard protocols • Apply critical thinking to challenge assumptions and uncover optimal solutions • Collaborate with internal clinicians, PhD researchers, care coordinators, external specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams • Coordinate care logistics to support execution of recommended plans • Engage with leading specialists and key opinion leaders to inform care decisions • Stay current on emerging therapies, treatments, and clinical research • Provide case-based guidance to other clinical team members • Contribute to team discussions, case reviews, and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) • Active licensure in the candidate’s home state • At least two years of experience managing complex medical cases • Oncology and/or hematology experience ideally preferred • Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity in high-stakes situations • Exceptional communication skills and professional, composed presence with patients and families • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously • Intellectual curiosity and persistence in uncovering optimal care options • Comfort using technology to document, communicate, and collaborate across distributed teams • Experience spanning oncology alongside another complex specialty is a plus
