📋 Description

• Prepare and distribute accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards for the C-Suite, Board of Directors, and Private Equity Owners • Conduct variance, trend, and profitability analyses, primarily focused on COGS and volume/rate/mix variances • Lead development and maintenance of annual budgets and forecasts • Collaborate with technical resources to maintain and update financial models and databases • Utilize Anaplan to streamline data processes and enhance reporting and planning capabilities • Monitor financial metrics and KPIs, identify improvement areas and risks, and recommend corrective actions • Respond to ad hoc financial analysis requests from management and stakeholders • Collaborate with Lines of Business, Treasury, Accounting, and Operations • Improve automation of monthly reporting and analytical processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques, with experience using tools such as Excel, Anaplan, or similar financial software • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to producing high-quality work under tight deadlines • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a strong sense of accountability • Must be capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time • Must be able to collaborate with colleagues via face to face, conference calls, and online meetings
