📋 Description

• Oversee preparation of accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulatory standards • Prepare monthly financial results, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and executive-level dashboards highlighting key trends and drivers • Manage finance and accounting staff, delegate responsibilities, and ensure efficient workflow • Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year financial models to support growth, profitability, and strategic initiatives • Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency • Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes, audits, and tax filings • Develop and enhance FP&A models, reporting tools, policies, and processes that improve the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of finance operations • Support reporting and compliance with CMS, DHCS, DMHC and other regulatory requirements • Prioritize assignments, provide assistance, schedule work, and directly supervise others • Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 5 years of related experience • 3-4 years of leadership experience • Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, reconciliations, and financial systems (e.g., Quickbooks, NetSuite) • Ability to interpret complex financial data, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements • Strong interpersonal skills to lead teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and present financial insights clearly • Leadership - Skilled to develops others • Problem Solving - Make critical decisions, often involving high-level risk assessment and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances • Strategic Mindset - Formulates strategy and maps steps to achieve strategic goals • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Teams) and Visio is required • A background check is required
