📋 Description

• Personally source and close equipment finance loans and leases • Build a qualified pipeline through direct borrower and referral relationships • Assess customers, equipment, sponsorship, transaction structure, risks, and repayment plans • Coordinate with credit, underwriting, and documentation teams to move transactions through funding • Develop a sustainable book of business • Provide market insight as the company expands into new industries • Work directly with leadership and credit on financing structures for nontraditional borrowers • Originate transactions ranging from approximately $500,000 to $50 million across robotics, defense technology, physical AI, automation, advanced manufacturing, and other essential markets

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated record of personally originating and closing equipment finance transactions • Relevant funded production and ability to distinguish personally sourced business from internally assigned or referred business • Experience with non-investment-grade or other nontraditional credits • Relationships that can support future direct origination • Experience financing essential-use or mission-critical equipment • Self-directed, collaborative approach • Comfort building business without an inherited territory

🏖️ Benefits

• Base salary of $100,000–$120,000 per year • Commission of 1% of gross funded volume • Potential to build a team after establishing a significant and sustainable book of business • Remote work arrangement
