📋 Description

• Serve as the primary finance and accounting leader across multiple sites • Own financial stewardship, accurate reporting, and alignment to corporate standards • Partner with operations leadership to shape decisions and improve business performance • Lead actuals, forecasts, budgets, and performance reviews • Identify risks, opportunities, and actions needed to deliver commitments • Drive cost, cash, and productivity performance across plants • Monitor operational and financial drivers and partner with site leaders on corrective actions • Translate plant performance data into actionable insights and business cases • Support strategic planning, operational trade-offs, and long-term value creation • Strengthen internal controls and compliance, including SOX discipline, audit readiness, and remediation • Lead and influence Site Controllers, Finance Managers, and extended finance teams • Support capital prioritization, transformation initiatives, and process improvement • Promote best-practice sharing, standardization, and continuous improvement across sites • Build relationships across operations, supply chain, commercial finance, and corporate functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field • 7–10 years of progressive finance experience • Significant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations finance • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint • Demonstrated success leading across multiple sites or within a matrixed organization • Knowledge of JDE Edwards and Hyperion (HFM) preferred • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred • CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred • Enterprise mindset balancing local site needs with broader business priorities • Ability to lead change and navigate transformation, ambiguity, and evolving business requirements • Ability to develop people through coaching, feedback, and talent planning • Clear and impactful communication with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders • Accountability, ethics, and integrity in financial leadership • Must be located in the United States • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN, etc.)
