📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable experience sites and Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions • Customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative configuration • Build and enhance product catalogs, price lists, entitlements, carts, checkout processes, and account-specific experiences • Implement and maintain SAP, PIM, and third-party integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events • Translate business requirements into technical designs with documentation, configuration records, and reusable components • Create and execute test scripts for storefront functionality, pricing logic, and transactional data flows • Debug and resolve storefront performance, data synchronization, pricing, and user-experience issues • Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards, governor limits, and performance best practices • Evaluate alternative approaches to improve scalability, maintainability, and user experience • Support releases, deployments, regression testing, and post-deployment validation • Partner with cross-functional teams on day-to-day Salesforce B2B Commerce operations • Collaborate with technical leads and architects on new features and custom storefront experiences • Support transactional data needs involving orders, pricing, product data, entitlements, and inventory • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives • Report to the Sr. Technical Manager • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field • 4–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience • At least 3+ years focused on Salesforce B2B Commerce • Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs • Experience designing and implementing B2B Commerce components, including product catalogs, pricing rules, carts, checkout flows, entitlements, and custom storefront experiences • Experience integrating Salesforce B2B Commerce with ERP, OMS, PIM, and other enterprise systems using APIs or middleware • Salesforce Administrator certification • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs • Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments • Ability to visualize complex commerce and system architecture using UML, DFD, ERD, and BPMN • Deep understanding of the SOM data model, including Fulfillment Orders, Payment Authorizations, Return Orders, and Inventory Reservations • Deep knowledge of the B2B Commerce data model, including accounts, contacts, buyer groups, and product catalogs • Experience with B2B Commerce pricing engines, cart functionality, and order management • Understanding of contract pricing, volume discounts, and approval processes • Knowledge of B2B Commerce integration patterns with ERP and financial systems • Experience with Salesforce Payments or Shopify Payments and payment service providers such as Stripe and PayPal • Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant certification • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to travel up to 10% within North America • Must adhere to corporate travel and security policies • All candidates must have valid authorization to work in the U.S.
