• Support channel management and field sales teams with channel partner account setup, onboarding, and account maintenance • Process channel partner requests and ensure completion of required documentation • Coordinate channel account consolidations, acquisitions, and terminations • Maintain partner agreements, exhibits, addendums, and associated documentation • Respond to inquiries received through the Channel mailbox • Administer channel-related systems and databases • Maintain channel contact information and distribution lists • Manage channel partner compliance processes and documentation requirements • Maintain channel partner records in compliance management systems • Liaise between Channel Relationship Managers and compliance stakeholders • Support agreement updates and policy revisions with Legal and Compliance teams • Conduct and coordinate periodic compliance reviews and communicate updates • Generate and maintain recurring channel reports • Review channel data for accuracy and completeness • Monitor channel metrics and support departmental KPIs • Assist with global and regional channel initiative reporting • Identify opportunities to improve channel processes, policies, and operational efficiency • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, Credit, Legal, and other cross-functional teams • Support implementation of new channel tools, systems, and procedures • Contribute to change management and continuous improvement initiatives • Participate in global channel programs, workshops, and planning activities • Support regional execution of global channel strategies • Track and report channel performance metrics • Participate in budgeting, planning, and resource allocation for channel initiatives
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 2–3 years of experience in channel operations, sales support, business operations, customer support, compliance, or a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and follow-up capabilities • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams • Fluency in English, both written and spoken • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Experience supporting channel partners, distributors, or indirect sales organizations preferred • Exposure to compliance, contract administration, or partner agreement management preferred • Experience with CRM, reporting, or business management systems preferred • Familiarity with continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives preferred
