📋 Description

• Strategize and plan community relations activities, including electronic communication, face-to-face meetings, and event participation • Identify and execute presentation, sponsorship, and marketing opportunities in the community • Promote Pinnacle Treatment Centers by cultivating and developing referral relationships • Build trust through respectful communications and interactions, focusing on customer experience • Identify new referral partners and untapped market opportunities • Raise brand awareness • Assess and develop strategies to help patients access services in existing and de novo markets • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Pinnacle services • Raise public awareness of Pinnacle programs and services among business partners and the public • Develop and enhance strategic business partnerships, primarily referral sources • Communicate and meet regularly with current business partners • Pursue new strategic relationships • Build and maintain a contact/referral database in the assigned territory • Increase referrals by calling on target market groups, organizations, hospitals, treatment centers, and professionals • Support business growth by understanding objectives and strategic direction • Liaise between referral sources, Access Center, and facilities on business improvements and best practices • Coordinate resolution of critical service issues with internal departments • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must have Substance abuse/addiction treatment and business and referral development experience • Three (3) years of experience in similar position and/or in behavioral healthcare • 2 years of SUD / BH business and referral development experience • Must possess a current valid driver’s license in good standing in state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier • Must be willing to travel across the state of Pennsylvania • Localized travel up to 50% required • This role is required to drive for company purposes • High School/GED or better required • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or one of the behavioral science disciplines from an accredited college or university preferred • Team player and detail oriented • Self-starter with ability to make an impact
