📋 Description

• Partner with leadership to translate financial data into strategic recommendations on pricing, unit economics, capital allocation, and growth investments • Build and maintain financial models for decision-making • Identify business inflection points through cohort analysis, leading indicators, and operational metrics • Evaluate new initiatives, partnerships, and investments with rigorous financial analysis • Develop and communicate unit economics including CAC, LTV, RNR, and contribution margin • Lead and develop Finance and Accounting teams • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes • Ensure financial reporting is clean, consistent, and audit-ready • Establish scalable controls and processes • Manage cash flow, runway, and treasury • Oversee tax strategy and compliance with external advisors • Drive annual planning and maintain a rolling forecast • Build scenario models for strategic decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience • Meaningful experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or a high-growth startup • Demonstrated experience influencing business strategy with financial analysis • Strong command of unit economics, cohort modeling, and financial drivers of marketplace or subscription businesses • Exceptional ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders • Prior experience managing a finance or accounting team • High comfort with ambiguity • Ability to move fast and communicate crisply
