📋 Description

• Manage the compensation function for multiple organizations or multiple compensation functions • Design, implement, communicate, and drive base pay, incentive pay, and equity compensation programs • Consult with HR clients and business partners on compensation decisions and issues • Evaluate, develop, and optimize compensation programs and opportunities using advanced analytical skills • Develop recommendations for business partners and leadership to approve and implement programs and process enhancements • Manage and oversee Analyst or Sr. Analyst associates through direct or indirect reporting relationships • Partner with HR and operational business partners on ad hoc requests and organization-specific compensation needs • Supervise, plan, monitor, and review the work activities of others • Make recommendations concerning selection, termination, performance appraisal, and professional development • Travel overnight 5% to 20% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job • Minimum 4 years of work experience • Advanced Analytical & Problem Solving Skills (Both Technical and General Business-Related) • Superior Project & Process Leadership Skills • Effective Cross-Functional Business Partnering Skills • People Management, Coaching and/or Team Member Development Skills • Strong Business Acumen • Advanced Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
