📋 Description

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately • Perform in-home measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation • Provide quality professional customer service and maintain customer relationships • Support sales, product inquiries, and installation coordination • Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project-completion steps • Demonstrate product and services knowledge when answering customer questions • Identify opportunities to engage customers in additional services programs • Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned work • Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedules • Travel primarily to appointments within a predefined geographical area and support company locations as needed • Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Reliable transportation • High school diploma and/or GED-level knowledge, skills, and abilities • 1+ years of previous related work experience • No previous leadership experience required • Ability to travel between locations • Must continuously stand or walk, or regularly lift/handle/carry moderate-weight material or equipment (8–20 pounds) • Ability to work in comfortable indoor conditions that may produce mild discomfort on occasion
