📋 Description

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned measure appointments as efficiently and accurately as possible • Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers to complete assigned work activities • Follow all policies, procedures, and adhere to work schedule • Ask customers open ended questions and listen to responses about projects and product needs • Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps • Demonstrate product and services knowledge when answering customer questions • Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs • Perform in-home measure appointments, including taking accurate measurements, calculations, quote review and presentation • Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships • Coordinate installations and support sales and product inquiries • Travel primarily to appointments within a pre-defined geographical area and provide services support to company locations as needed • Use company-issued devices • Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Reliable Transportation • High school diploma and/or GED • 1+ years of previous related work experience • Must continuously stand or walk or regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds) • Travel between locations required • No previous leadership experience required • Certifications: None
