📋 Description

• Own the organization's Warehouse Simulation Lab • Define the vision, roadmap, and operating model for the Warehouse Simulation Lab • Develop and maintain digital twin environments representing customer facilities, workflows, and operational constraints • Validate software, robotic behavior, operational workflows, and customer-specific configurations before production deployment • Establish simulation standards and environment certification processes • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to validate new features in simulation environments before customer deployment • Create reusable customer environment templates to accelerate testing and deployment readiness • Develop scenario libraries for normal operations, edge cases, exception handling, and failure recovery • Validate new product releases, customer-specific configurations, site expansions, new robotic workflows, fleet management enhancements, routing algorithm changes, throughput optimization initiatives, software upgrades, and migration activities • Ensure releases are tested against realistic operational scenarios • Establish the lab as a virtual customer warehouse for pre-production validation • Identify operational failures, workflow bottlenecks, and integration issues in simulation rather than live customer environments

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading quality assurance for warehouse simulation, software, robotics, operational workflows, and customer-specific configurations • Ability to define the vision, roadmap, and operating model for a Warehouse Simulation Lab • Experience developing and maintaining digital twin environments • Knowledge of Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) fleets • Knowledge of workstations and operator interactions • Knowledge of pick, put, replenish, and inventory workflows • Knowledge of conveyor and material handling equipment • Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) integrations • Knowledge of ERP integrations • Knowledge of barcode scanning and printing systems • Knowledge of PLC-controlled devices • Knowledge of network and infrastructure dependencies • Ability to establish simulation standards and environment certification processes • Ability to partner with Product and Engineering teams • Ability to create reusable customer environment templates • Ability to develop scenario libraries covering normal operations, edge cases, exception handling, and failure recovery • Experience validating peak order volume, robot density, congestion, inventory shortages, equipment failures, communication outages, network latency, battery depletion, workstation downtime, integration failures, recovery procedures, multi-zone operations, and exception processing • Experience with release certification, production defect detection, deployment success, incident reduction, issue reproduction, behavioral accuracy, scenario coverage, cycle time, and throughput validation
