📋 Description

• We’re helping the home valuation and appraisal industry work more efficiently to value a $40 trillion asset class and bring equity and transparency to the US housing market. • This role requires strong empathy for the user and an ability to think holistically about the product. • You’ll lead and deliver solutions on a modern stack to improve our SaaS application serving the home appraisal industry. • In addition you will help drive a continuous improvement process by driving the design, productivity, quality, and observability of our backend over time.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience owning large server side projects with a strongly typed language • Proven ability to lead significant multi-person projects • A drive and ability to build high quality software while improving your skills along the way • Ability to coach and support other developers • Interest and ability to work anywhere in the stack - from operations to the UI • US Residency • Able to meet in person in San Francisco a few days a week
