📋 Description

• Provide administrative support to the Care Solutions Team • Triage and respond to shared inbox emails, voicemail queues, and service tickets using approved templates • Document interactions and maintain accurate records in Salesforce • Ensure complete follow-through and accurate hand-offs • Migrate legacy documents to current templates • Maintain documentation across Salesforce, shared inboxes, and ticketing systems • Surface process friction and propose workflow improvements • Draft suggested templates for recurring client requests • Monitor booked appointments and escalate out-of-scope requests • Transcribe voicemails and triage inquiries • Create Salesforce leads or route non-inquiries to local teams with full context • Handle Freshservice tickets, update client records, and tag managers for complex decisions or exceptions • Report to the Sales Manager as an individual contributor

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ years in an administrative, customer service, or coordination role (strong writing and organization can substitute for direct experience) • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform preferred • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive) • Familiarity with shared inboxes and ticketing software (Freshservice, Zendesk) is a plus • Warm, clear communication • Organized triage skills • Meticulous attention to detail • Sound judgment • Active listening • Process consistency • Multi-system fluency • Client-first mindset
