📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support for GIS applications, databases, and related systems • Troubleshoot software, configuration, access, data, and user issues • Provide technical guidance to users and project team members • Coordinate technical activities and help ensure project requirements are completed on schedule • Assist with software upgrades, system changes, and application implementations • Develop user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and technical documentation • Work with system administrators, developers, analysts, and client stakeholders to resolve issues • Provide guidance and mentoring to other support personnel as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, GIS, Information Systems, or a related field • Significant experience providing technical or application support • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Experience supporting GIS or other enterprise applications • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to meet applicable client access requirements • Advanced experience with Esri ArcGIS applications (preferred) • Experience supporting GIS databases or enterprise GIS environments (preferred) • Previous experience serving as a technical lead or subject matter expert (preferred) • Experience developing technical documentation and user procedures (preferred) • Experience working with government or large enterprise customers (preferred) • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods • Ability to type and read from a computer screen • Sufficient mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling • Ability to walk moderate to long distances when required • Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
