📋 Description

• Provide timely, clear, and professional communication to applicants. • Help candidates navigate each step of the selection and onboarding process. • Post and manage job openings in the applicant tracking system. • Review applications, coordinate and conduct phone and final interviews with prospective tutors. • Prepare offer letters, service agreements, payroll forms, and other onboarding documents. • Implement engagement strategies that help new members stay connected and excited before their service term begins. • Serve as a resource for recruitment and onboarding technology platforms. • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and interview practices. • Collaborate with colleagues across departments on projects that support organizational operations and program success.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required, post-secondary degree preferred. • At least 1-2 years recruiting experience. • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Comfort learning and using technology platforms and databases. • A collaborative team player who enjoys helping others succeed. • Commitment to creating a welcoming experience for all candidates.
