📋 Description

• Lead the Client team, responsible for software shipped into customer environments • Manage CI/CD Workflows and Runner Updates • Ship Software to Customer Environments • Build, mentor, and grow a strong engineering team • Act as a Product Owner, collaborating with product managers, security researchers, and customer success teams

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise leading teams that design, build, and operate containerized software (Docker, virtual machine images) • Experience implementing robust software supply chain practices • Able to partner with and influence peer engineering and security research teams • Experience building or significantly growing an engineering team • Proven ability to define and instill engineering culture • Drives high-impact architecture decisions rigorously • Proficient in Go, Python, or C++ • Strong understanding of Linux OS-level operations, container runtimes, and networking • Competent in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in opaque, customer-controlled environments • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines specifically designed for building and signing container images.
