📋 Description

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting cycles • Prepare and maintain consolidated financial models covering income statement, balance sheet, headcount, operating expenses, cash flow, and key planning schedules • Consolidate results and forecasts across departments, entities, cost centers, and other reporting dimensions • Analyze actuals against budget, forecast, and prior-period results; identify drivers, variances, trends, and risks • Prepare recurring management reports and financial presentations for Finance and company leadership • Partner with Accounting on close results, accruals, reclasses, and other financial-reporting items • Build and scale FP&A processes, reporting packages, KPIs, and planning infrastructure • Support the rollout of Pigment, the company’s new planning tool • Support annual operating plan, long-range planning, and scenario-modeling processes

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of FP&A experience • SaaS or high-growth technology experience preferred, ideally cybersecurity or enterprise software • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and financial process improvements in a fast-paced environment • Comfort with FP&A systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools • Ability to identify opportunities to streamline planning, reporting, and analysis workflows • Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills • Ability to distill complex data into clear insights and recommendations • Proactive, builder-oriented mindset and comfort operating in an evolving, high-growth environment • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership • Legally authorized to work in the United States
