The company markets to prospective franchisees and homeowners, emphasizing franchise support, data-driven operations, and owner training.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for franchisees and ensure timely, effective communication • Connect franchisees with internal resources and promote alignment through ZeeNotes and internal platforms • Provide individual support through regular virtual and onsite coaching meetings • Lead training sessions to build franchisee skills and drive accountability • Support annual planning, strategic goal setting, and performance tracking • Assist with financial analysis and recommend operational improvements • Coach franchisees on the Gametime Sales process and help drive KPI performance • Encourage lead generation strategies and support progress toward sales goals • Ensure franchisees follow brand standards and utilize system tools effectively • Provide coaching, training, and troubleshooting to support operational consistency • Foster franchisee relationships and empower sustained growth within the franchise system • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• GED or high school diploma required • Minimum of two (2) or more years of industry experience required in roofing, glass installation, spray foam, HVAC, painting, lighting, or window coverings • Minimum of five (5) or more years of sales experience required • Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality • Self-motivation and intellectual curiosity • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities • Ability to work independently and in team settings • Positive attitude and team-player mentality • Ability to work in a fast-paced, change-oriented, start-up-like environment • Ability to stand, sit at an office space, see, hear, understand speech, communicate, lift computer equipment, supplies and materials, and use office equipment and computers
