📋 Description

• Provide direct leadership and oversight to two global HRIS direct reports • Lead configuration solutions and enterprise architecture across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, Reporting, integrations, and data governance • Own complex transformation programs including Open Enrollment, merit and bonus cycles, new module deployments, acquisitions, and global enhancements • Train managers on Workday features, new functionality, system enhancements, and rollout readiness • Lead new module buildouts such as advanced compensation and job catalog enhancements • Run annual Open Enrollment, merit, and bonus cycles, including configuration, testing, audits, reporting, and production readiness • Own day-to-day Workday administration, troubleshooting, defect resolution, configuration maintenance, and system performance improvements • Gather business requirements and translate operational needs into scalable system solutions across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT • Manage 10+ concurrent HR technology projects, enhancements, and priorities • Establish and enforce governance, change management, release management, and documentation standards • Design and deliver dashboards, reports, calculated fields, and analytics • Maintain data integrity, security access, privacy controls, and audit readiness • Manage external consultants, AMS providers, and implementation partners • Partner with leaders across HR, Legal, IT, Finance, and Security on growth, organizational changes, and enterprise initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience in enterprise environments • Experience leading Open Enrollment, merit, and bonus cycles • Strong troubleshooting skills in integrated HR system environments • Experience managing consultants, AMS providers, or implementation partners • Experience mentoring analysts and elevating team capability across configuration, reporting and issue resolution • Experience building reports, dashboards, and calculated fields • Strong project management and prioritization skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Advanced knowledge of calculated fields, EIBs, BIRT, Core Connectors, integrations, and security architecture • Strong configuration experience across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, and Reporting • Experience leading enterprise-scale implementations, enhancements, or post-merger integrations
