📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of the OneStream Platform and browser engineering teams • Own end-to-end delivery of platform components from architecture and development through release and optimization • Lead technical design and architecture across distributed, multi-threaded, and web-based systems • Participate hands-on in design reviews, debugging, and complex technical problem-solving • Ensure code quality, testing, performance, and maintainability standards • Identify and eliminate technical and organizational bottlenecks • Drive AI enablement, including AI-assisted development tools and AI-driven platform capabilities • Partner with data and AI teams to integrate models, APIs, and intelligent workflows • Establish responsible AI practices covering security, governance, and data privacy • Upskill teams on modern development practices, AI tools, and frameworks • Own roadmap execution, timelines, quality, and outcomes • Ensure observability, monitoring, performance optimization, and operational excellence • Drive continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and postmortems • Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, and cross-functional engineering teams • Communicate technical direction, risks, and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership • Influence platform strategy and technology investment decisions • Build, lead, and scale high-performing engineering teams • Coach and mentor engineers and emerging leaders • Lead hiring, onboarding, and career development • Foster ownership, innovation, and continuous learning • Manage teams of Software Engineers • Travel approximately 20%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 10+ years of software engineering experience in complex, distributed systems • 5+ years leading engineering teams • Strong expertise in web technologies, backend systems, and scalable architectures • Experience delivering enterprise-grade platforms or SaaS products • Proven ability to drive technical and organizational transformation • Experience implementing AI enablement within engineering teams or products • Experience with financial platforms, CPM/EPM, or enterprise analytics systems preferred • Familiarity with AI/ML integration, modern developer tooling, and automation frameworks preferred • Experience with high-performance, data-intensive applications preferred • Prior OneStream experience preferred • Strong technical judgment and systems-thinking capabilities • Clear, confident communication across technical and executive audiences • Ability to analyze technical issues, drive discussions, and influence outcomes • Legally authorized to work in the country of the job position • Ability to perform the stated physical, visual, and mental demands of the role
