📋 Description

• Cultivate relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives • Source, pipeline, screen, and assess resumes for specialized skills and qualifications • Conduct structured, technical, behavioral, phone, and in-person interviews • Drive recruitment initiatives that impact workforce quality and organizational performance • Collaborate with hiring leaders to forecast hiring requirements and create targeted hiring strategies • Establish timelines and objectives with hiring managers for an efficient recruitment process • Use Applicant Tracking Systems to screen, assess, and engage candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle • Craft job postings reflecting role requirements and company culture • Identify effective advertising channels, including professional associations, niche job boards, social media, and recruitment events • Represent the company at campus fairs, job fairs, and IT networking gatherings • Manage applicant responses and coordinate interview schedules • Provide constructive candidate feedback and maintain communication throughout the hiring process • Support HR initiatives and collaborate on projects contributing to HR strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in global recruiting • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and techniques • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment regulations • Experience building and maintaining a positive employer brand • Ability to collaborate in a dynamic team environment • Preferred: global recruiting success within the software or technology industry • Preferred: proficiency with UKG and Greenhouse • Preferred: understanding of global employment laws and regulatory requirements • Preferred: experience with international hiring processes in EMEA and APAC • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Ability to identify and resolve problems professionally • Ability to work on a broad variety of projects and adapt to changing needs • Ability to establish credibility and trust
