📋 Description

• Lead and develop engineers building the growth platform, tooling, and experiments • Set the technical bar and pace for the growth engineering function • Drive internal AI and agent adoption across growth and the broader organization • Establish guardrails and QA to maintain quality as AI-assisted output scales • Own account-scoring and signal models that prioritize accounts by intent and fit • Expand account coverage through new vertical signal sources and surface timely GTM triggers • Build a programmatic, data-fed website page-generation system • Lead experimentation on revenue-driving website pages • Build outbound automation systems and frameworks that broaden the funnel and provide qualified, compliant leads

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering leadership experience, ideally owning growth, platform, or marketing engineering at a B2B SaaS company • Track record of building durable systems, including scoring and prioritization models, data pipelines, programmatic web, or marketing automation • Strong AI execution, including building with agents and designing self-service systems • Ability to implement QA gates and guardrails for AI-assisted output • Fluency with data and experimentation, including test sizing and metric evaluation • Comfort owning a modern web stack such as Astro and headless CMS • Experience with tooling for scoring, signals, and outbound • High-agency and hands-on approach • Ability to align engineering, data, growth, and GTM teams
