📋 Description

• Identify emerging AI technologies that can transform digital customer experiences and create business value • Translate business opportunities into innovative, scalable technical solutions across digital products and connected customer experiences • Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate product ideas and technical feasibility • Evaluate commercial platforms, open-source technologies, and AI services for use cases • Design AI-enabled applications using Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, semantic search, vector databases, and intelligent automation • Architect AI agents and multi-agent workflows for customer and business processes • Design secure integrations across AI services, enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and digital products • Develop reference architectures and reusable digital capabilities for production scaling • Partner with Product Managers, Platform Architects, and Engineering teams on roadmaps and production-ready solutions • Establish engineering standards and best practices for AI applications, APIs, governance, observability, and responsible AI development • Serve as the bridge between Product Strategy, AI Innovation, and Enterprise Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing enterprise software, digital products, or cloud-native applications • Strong software engineering background with Python and production-grade application development experience • Experience building applications using Large Language Models and modern AI engineering patterns • Experience designing APIs, microservices, and distributed systems • Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms • Strong understanding of modern software architecture and cloud-native development practices • Experience with RAG, semantic search, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI agents • Experience evaluating, benchmarking, and optimizing Large Language Models • Experience designing guardrails, orchestration, and governance frameworks • Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences • Passion for emerging technologies, continuous learning, and innovative digital products
