📋 Description

• Lead Client Operations Operational Excellence projects to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve business processes • Develop cross-functional relationships that drive collaboration and alignment • Evolve processes using stakeholder input, data, and business strategy • Mentor others on continuous improvement tools and principles • Foster structured problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and clear communication • Discover and execute process-improvement layers with a clear optimization vision • Deliver presentations and training sessions on process-improvement principles and project updates for all management levels • Incorporate customer and frontline agent feedback into problem framing and solution design • Ensure initiatives improve operational and customer-experience outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Operational Excellence, process improvement, or a similar role • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred • Strong data management skills • Proficiency in SQL, Looker, and Excel • Proven track record leading concurrent end-to-end projects • Experience delivering measurable operational improvements • Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies for diverse audiences • Strong stakeholder management ability • Team motivation skills • Ability to adapt and prioritize based on business strategy • Regular use of 3 to 5 continuous improvement practices or tools
