📋 Description

• Partner across disciplines to define and deliver features that meet real user needs. • Model AI-native ways of working for the Flights team, showing what's possible, not just talking about it. • Turn complex ideas into clear, simple flows. • Design for the best outcomes. • Build trust and collaboration with product, engineering, and design peers while raising the quality bar across the org. • Lead design reviews, refine how we gather feedback and make decisions. • Continuously push fellow designers to sharpen their craft and clarity.

🎯 Requirements

• Mastery of the full product development process—from product planning and discovery to concepts, build-ready designs, prototypes. • Already ahead of the AI curve. Builds prototypes in code, integrates AI into the design workflow as a daily operating tool, not a side project. • Proven experience managing stakeholders in partnership with PMs, engineers, data, and executives. • Designs patterns, templates, and components that enable PMs and EMs to ship paper cuts independently. • Clear communication and storytelling skills—you can explain not just what you designed, but why.
