📋 Description
• Translating the company's vision into a structured roadmap and prioritized backlog. • Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives • Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development decisions • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure product success • Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize product features and drive the product roadmap • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform product decisions • Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success
🎯 Requirements
• Be located in the **United States of America** • 5+ years of experience in product management in the software industry • Experience in the Payroll industry • Proven track record of delivering successful software products • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and processes • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
