β’ 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience β’ Experience processing payroll across multiple legal entities β’ Strong knowledge of certified payroll administration β’ Experience with prevailing wage compliance β’ Experience administering union payroll and fringe benefit reporting β’ Strong payroll auditing and reconciliation skills β’ Experience using Paylocity or a comparable payroll/HRIS platform β’ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills β’ Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations β’ Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities β’ Preferred CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC certification β’ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or related field β’ Experience in construction, industrial services, utilities, or other highly regulated industries β’ Experience with labor compliance reporting and government-funded projects.
