📋 Description

• Lead a team of Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinators working west coast hours and provide daily oversight of activities • Manage work queues and serve as a point of escalation for Centralized staff • Determine care coordinator deployment, coverage, and training across teams • Partner with operations leadership to measure accountability and consistent execution of core care coordinator functions • Coach employees, manage performance, and support professional development • Provide subject matter expertise to clients on dispensary operations implementation and ongoing operation • Develop and maintain internal dispensary operations processes and consistent workflows for flexible customer needs • Collaborate with training on training and retraining efforts • Support performance reviews and performance improvement plans • Own scheduling, PTO coverage, and expense reports for direct reports • Execute audit plans and measure improvements • Support successful clinic launches with operations and implementation teams • Ensure key processes are in place before launches and assess service failures • Support productivity and performance plans for the assigned team • Champion team morale • Lead 1:1s to identify professional development opportunities and remove blockers • Drive operational performance and reporting, set productivity benchmarks, and ensure team accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience managing specialty pharmacy workflow • Proven leadership credibility through subject matter expertise • Experience with change management • Previous experience managing people and high-functioning teams • Familiarity with pharmacy software systems such as QS1, ComputerRx, PioneerRx, and WAM • Exposure to EMR systems such as EPIC, Cerner, and NextGen is a bonus • Exposure to specialty pharmacy systems such as Therigy, Asembia1, and ScriptMed is a bonus • Creative problem-solving ability • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment • Experience with specialty drug categories such as oncology, immunology, neurology, or rare disease • Data-driven problem-solving skills, using metrics to identify trends, prioritize work, and drive continuous improvement • Ability to work west coast hours
