📋 Description

• Collaborate with creative leads, designers, animators, and producers to support project execution • Implement and follow processes while managing simultaneous workstreams and teams • Develop or co-develop project plans with Producers and/or the Executive Producer • Oversee timelines, daily deliverables, and project status communications with teams and clients • Ensure delivery on time, budget, scope, and alignment with creative briefs • Provide weekly project status updates in production department meetings • Ensure workstreams are executed at the highest level • Evaluate ideas for feasibility, budget, timeline, materials, technology, fabrication, location, and operational requirements • Travel occasionally for client meetings and on-site project management • Improve processes for operational efficiency and excellence • Stay organized using Figma, Notion, Google Drive, and resource tools • Collaborate with clients to deliver integrated campaigns, graphic systems, retail and environmental design, and interactive installation projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience managing projects and teams, focused on integrated campaigns, brand systems, content and animation • Experience with retail and/or event design deliverables is a plus • Excellent communication with teams, clients, and vendors • Collaborative, highly motivated, proactive, and positive • Ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently with remote team members • Ability to work with Figma, Notion, and Float • Experience with Events and Activations is a plus • Experience with brand, retail, events, web, non-traditional interactive media production, multidisciplinary projects and workflows • Experience working with internal project teams, specialty talent, and clients • Risk aversion, risk management, and change control • Knowledge of Agile project management practices • Experience managing large-scale projects with complex timelines and cross-functional teams • Passion for design and creativity, innovation, and emerging trends • Applicants must provide a resume or LinkedIn profile and portfolio via URL or PDF • Must be eligible to work in the United States
