📋 Description

• Manage multiple video and motion projects from kickoff to final delivery • Build and track timelines, budgets, and deliverables across all stakeholders • Anticipate risks or scope changes early and align the team accordingly • Keep Asana boards, production schedules, and deliverables current • Serve as a key client contact throughout projects • Ensure client expectations are clear, realistic, and consistently met • Partner with leadership to translate creative direction into actionable production plans • Work directly with directors, editors, and designers to maintain workflow and priorities • Facilitate smooth handoffs between sales, creative, and production • Communicate progress, blockers, and needs clearly to the broader team

🎯 Requirements

• Must be US-Based • Must have prior production experience • 2+ years of experience in production, agency, or creative project management • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deliverables • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Calm, proactive approach under pressure • Strong attention to detail and accountability to deadlines • Familiarity with Asana, Airtable, or similar project tools • Familiarity with video production workflows • Background in creative agencies, studios, or startups • Experience with tools like Asana, Airtable, or similar project management platforms • Comfortable working remotely; this role will not be on production sets • Comfortable working late nights and weekends as needed; this is not a 9-5 job • Must not require employment visa sponsorship
