📋 Description

• Serve clients across diverse industries and geographies as a Health and Benefit Producer • Build and execute a personal sales plan • Prospect strategically to identify new business opportunities • Conduct risk reviews, assess coverage, uncover exposures, and recommend solutions • Develop consultative proposals reflecting Howden’s market strength • Coordinate with account managers, claims advocates, and marketing specialists from proposal through renewal • Provide proactive, year-round client advice as a trusted risk advocate • Partner with carriers to negotiate and place tailored coverage • Build Howden’s community presence through networking, events, and thought leadership • Maintain CRM and reporting records and use data for prioritization and planning • Track emerging risks, market developments, and innovative insurance solutions
