📋 Description

• Prospect for and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other methods • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and expand the customer base • Present products and services through demonstrations and sales pitches • Negotiate sales agreement terms, pricing, and contracts • Close sales and achieve targets by understanding customer requirements and addressing concerns • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients • Provide customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues • Maintain accurate sales, customer interaction, and transaction records in CRM software • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth product or service delivery • Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and objectives • Improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and interpersonal skills through training and self-development • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or with comparable product or service (required) • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas (required) • Excellent persuasive interpersonal skills • Customer-oriented mindset focused on exceptional customer service and long-term relationships • Resilience to handle rejection and setbacks while maintaining a positive and persistent approach • Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales appointments • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems • Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments
