📋 Description

• Match insurance documents to loan records in the Miniter Ecommerce System • Analyze and process insurance documents to loan records, ensuring documents are appropriate and policy coverages are sufficient • Perform accurate data entry of insurance documentation according to policies and procedures • Adhere to the Daily Workflow Schedule and daily processing goals • Process transactions across multiple work queues daily • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, department meetings, and one-on-one meetings • Provide timely, quality customer service and assistance to customers • Educate customers about why insurance documents are required for their loan • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers and insurance agents to obtain appropriate documentation • Process loan transactions with high quality and productivity during call wrap-up • Attend industry-related continuing education training and courses • Perform other responsibilities as directed

🎯 Requirements

• High attention to detail is required • Skills testing may be required • At least one-year Call Center experience • Experience working with community bank bond / D&O / property and casualty insurance programs is preferred • Above-average telephone techniques and the ability to communicate effectively with prospective and existing clients, as well as other staff members • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability and willingness to utilize company’s computer system and software • Ability to understand policy forms and coverage descriptions • Organizational skills required • High school or equivalent • Safe home office or quiet workspace with high speed and reliable internet connectivity • No travel required
