📋 Description
• Collect and resolve outstanding insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims • Communicate effectively while accurately and efficiently handling high claim volume • Display quality and productive work habits • Apply intermediate knowledge of department operations • Serve as a resource for management and Level I co-workers • Perform duties consistently with Mercy’s mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards
🎯 Requirements
• HS Degree or Equivalent • 1 year revenue cycle or meets position specific duties and responsibilities • EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience • Basic communication and customer service skills • Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge • Basic computer and keyboarding skills • Must be within 60 miles of Springfield, Missouri
