📋 Description
• Drive the evolution of the Trellis design system • Work closely with Trellis team and Product teams • Define the accessibility capability model for Trellis • Develop internal tooling to support Trellis • Define migration tooling to move Canvas applications to Trellis • Make practical decisions about the component library API interface • Leverage coding agents to ship production code regularly • Mentor Staff and Senior engineers
🎯 Requirements
• 14+ years of software engineering experience • Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks • Experience developing and shipping a production design system at scale • A hands-on builder mindset • Fluency with AI coding agents
