• Own and manage a portfolio of assigned strategic accounts • Execute against strategic account contracts by expanding utilization across all contracted locations • Support achievement of assigned sales, utilization, retention, and market share goals • Build deep relationships with key stakeholders in accounts • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform strategies
• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent professional experience may be considered • 3–5+ years of sales, account management, business development, customer success, or practice development experience within medical aesthetics, healthcare, medical device, dermatology, pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
