📋 Description

• Build and maintain datasets, models, and visualizations • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Hex, Salesforce, and Google Sheets • Support and improve Salesforce processes and flows to streamline business operations • Work with business partners to identify key metrics, improve them, and establish ongoing tracking methods • Work with engineers and product managers to set data-tracking requirements • Provide guidance, reports, and dashboards to track and improve metrics • Present insights to help customers and the business based on deep operational understanding • Conduct deep dives into processes to identify optimization opportunities • Explore data to generate impactful business insights • Join a dynamic, growing team and develop professional skills

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience working in analytics or data science • Ability to present clear, accurate, and impactful data-based recommendations to stakeholders • Expertise developing and maintaining compelling data visualizations • Ability to connect data with business impact • Experience building dashboards and reports in Hex, including Hex AI capabilities • Experience building dashboards and reports in Salesforce • Experience building dashboards and reports in Google Sheets or Excel • Experience with Salesforce process and flow development • Proactive and professional communication in all settings • Comfortable working with and combining data across many different data sources • Passion for developing analytical and process improvement skills • Flexibility to quickly pivot between tasks • Experience with database design and administration is a plus • Experience with SQL is a plus • Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodology is a plus
