📋 Description

• Perform general accounting activities, including preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements • Prepare balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements and capital expenditure schedules • Conduct or assist in documenting accounting projects • Prepare, record, analyze and report accounting transactions • Ensure accounting records are complete, accurate and compliant with accepted accounting policies and principles • Provide financial support through forecasting, budgeting and analysis of budget variations • Analyze and prepare statutory accounts, financial statements and reports • Advise executives on matters of significance and develop functional strategies • Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues • Work under minimal supervision • Report to an Associate Director of CenterWell Pharmacy Controllership • Work as an individual contributor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or a related field • 8 or more years of inventory management, accounting, process improvement • 2 or more years of project leadership experience • Progressive leadership (formal or informal) and management experience • Prior experience within the financial industry • Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred • Certified Public Accountant license preferred • Previous experience with process automation and flows preferred • Prior Pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Wireless, wired cable or DSL internet connection suggested • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
