📋 Description

• Support value-based initiatives within the HealthCare Economics team • Partner with actuarial, finance, analytics, and business teams • Design and develop holistic modeling solutions from the ground up • Develop methodologies and frameworks supporting performance measurement, financial reconciliation, and strategic decision-making • Analyze and forecast claims and revenue trends • Develop innovative forecasting methodologies • Translate complex business requirements into scalable analytical solutions • Evaluate data, identify gaps, propose holistic approaches, and develop end-to-end solutions • Design forecasting methodologies and establish reporting metrics • Validate model results • Support the evolution of value-based care analytics • Apply department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives to the work • Make decisions regarding work methods and recommend and execute appropriate courses of action with limited guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Successful completion of at least 3 actuarial exams • Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms • Experience with programming languages, including SAS, Databricks, SQL, and VBA • Experience building reports in Excel and Power BI • Ability to make recommendations regarding actuarial methodologies • Willingness to create and explore ideas to reach new solutions • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home work • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
