📋 Description

• Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data for strategic and operational decisions • Establish metrics and provide data analyses to support business intelligence • Evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization’s short-, medium-, and long-term financial and competitive position • Report to the Actuarial Analytics/Forecasting Principal • Work with Market and Finance teams to develop financial models • Validate and review current processes for accuracy and completeness • Understand Risk Arrangement contracts and model their financial impact • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Associate of Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation • MAAA • Minimum 5 years of experience in the actuarial field, any specialty • Established communication skills • Experience with actuarial modeling • Experience with SAS or SQL Server Management Studio • Experience with risk arrangements • Medicare/Medicare Advantage experience • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Self-provided internet service with at least 25 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed • Willingness to travel potentially a few times a year for large group meetings, training, or meetings
