📋 Description

• Direct, monitor, and support learning experience analysis, planning, design, and development • Identify, analyze, and address complex business challenges through learning interventions • Analyze contractual requirements and develop and implement an Annual Training Plan • Consult on and design change management solutions to maximize learner capabilities and operational excellence • Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure training interventions comply with federal contract obligations • Lead a team of learning professionals conducting needs analysis and designing and developing learning experiences • Use learning technology to implement performance improvement and professional development solutions • Oversee consultation, design, and development processes using a customer-centric approach • Analyze complex business problems using internal and external data • Identify subject matter experts and produce learning solution recommendations and plans • Conduct needs analysis to determine appropriate solutions • Align learning interventions with corporate vision, Design Thinking, and Adult Learning Theory • Identify KPIs and create measurement strategies to validate business impact • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel • Advise executives on functional learning strategies • Track and analyze training program effectiveness • Exercise independent judgment on complex issues and work under minimal supervision • Support Humana’s efforts to secure and transition into a new business opportunity

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required • Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Service) • Must not currently live in Puerto Rico • Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field • 6+ years strategic learning experience in healthcare or related industries • 2+ years project leadership experience, preferably in training development or strategic program management • At least 1 year of change management consulting related to human readiness • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects • Proficiency in developing, managing, and delivering training programs and materials • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Ability to interpret and apply contract requirements related to training • Competence in stakeholder communication, including formal reporting and presentations • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across organizational boundaries • Strategic influence and analysis capabilities • Ability and willingness to work 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time consistently • Preferred: experience with TRICARE, Veterans Affairs, or government health care environments • Preferred: familiarity with Agile methodologies • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Learning, Education, Human Resources, or related field • Preferred: knowledge of federal healthcare regulations and contract compliance • Preferred: advanced proficiency with learning management systems and eLearning authoring tools • Home internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions
