📋 Description

• Partner with the team to support members and projects • Meet goals affecting outcomes • Support and facilitate care for members • Complete formal education or post-graduation apprenticeship assignments • Interpret department policies and methods for completing assignments • Identify work expectations and quality standards within defined parameters • Prioritize and schedule work with some independent discretion • Attend occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a transitioning service member eligible to participate in the DOW SkillBridge or a military spouse eligible to participate in the military spouse fellowship • Must reside in the state of South Carolina • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills • Proficiency in healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems • Must obtain eligibility to participate in the DOW-sponsored programs • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
