📋 Description

• Define sales product strategy for one or more lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments • Develop key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and cost efficiencies • Provide data-driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share • Develop go-to-market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase the overall sales portfolio • Identify improvement opportunities through trend and utilization analysis • Collaborate with business leaders, marketing, and finance on strategic and competitive sales plans • Advise executives on functional strategies and significant matters • Solve complex business problems using internal and external data sources • Describe tools, technologies, applications, and practices for collecting, integrating, analyzing, and presenting organizational data • Generate ad hoc reports and regular datasets for end users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts • Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested data elements • Program and maintain report forms, dashboards, data generators, canned reports, and end-user information portals • Create report specifications based on business requests • Serve as the first touchpoint for product leader data needs and identify solutions with data and analytics teams, including data science • Lead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of measurement strategies to advance business objectives and OKRs • Prepare and present insights to product leaders to improve operations, efficiency, and trend savings • Improve data and reporting process efficiency through automation, documentation, and best practices • Deliver consistent reporting look and feel to end users

🎯 Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience in reporting, data and analytics • 2 or more years of business-facing experience • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools • Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations • Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate requirements between business, project management and technical projects or programs • Proficiency in understanding healthcare-related data • Proficiency in verbal/written communication to senior and executive leadership • Ability to present to executive leadership • Bachelor's Degree preferred • PMP Certification preferred • Active or previous health license for Medicare preferred • Experience training and/or coaching professionals preferred • Strong business acumen preferred • Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Smartsheet preferred • Self-provided internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
