📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and manage clinical program strategies to improve Medicare members' medication adherence and appropriate medication use • Support Humana's Stars patient safety measure performance • Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues • Analyze variable factors and determine the best course of action • Work autonomously under minimal supervision • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Stars team • Facilitate and consult across teams • Manage projects • Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Degree of Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD or RPh) from an accredited School of Pharmacy • Active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure • 5+ years of clinical experience in managed care or pharmacy related field, or equivalent • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project work environment while ensuring attention to detail • Successful track record in facilitating and consulting across teams and managing projects • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities; organized and detail-oriented • Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure and timelines, work with ambiguity, and make complex decisions • Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations • Previous experience in Medicare Stars preferred • Managed care and/or community pharmacy experience or residency/fellowship preferred • Previous experience in clinical program development and leadership preferred • Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred • 2+ years of project management or leadership experience preferred • Minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload internet speed for home work • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
