📋 Description

• Serve as an instructor and subject matter expert on independent pharmacy store operations and business strategies • Provide expert advice, guidance, feedback, and specialized consultation to business coaching team members and clients • Collaborate with the Business Coaching Coordinator and business coaching leadership to ensure customer coverage and communication • Develop productive business relationships to improve customer retention, engagement, and profitability • Execute complex processes and engage in client-facing situations to identify leverage points within pharmacies • Maintain and update coaching activities in the CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting • Compile pharmacy data and prepare, format, and distribute reports • Align opportunities with customer needs, diagnose challenges, and support targeted solutions • Oversee programs and communicate program information, instructions, and objectives • Analyze pharmacy operations and identify weaknesses in basic functional areas • Assess customer needs and segment pharmacies using customer profiles • Guide in-store implementations and collaborate with relevant personnel • Maintain knowledge of the independent retail pharmacy market, industry trends, competitive intelligence, and customer challenges • Provide leadership with industry intelligence and recommendations regarding programs, policies, products, and pricing • Create and implement new concepts while monitoring competitive activities • Represent business coaching programs and solutions at meetings and events • Perform other duties supporting the Business Coaching program • Travel up to 75% or more, including overnight trips, and attend conferences and trade conventions

🎯 Requirements

• Broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations, generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor’s Degree Program • Minimum of seven (7) years of industry experience and/or directly related and progressively responsible experience • Advanced knowledge of the retail pharmacy industry, including trends and customer challenges • Effective oral and written communication skills, with ability to adapt communication style to various audiences • Ability to actively listen and influence others with different points of view • Advanced knowledge and understanding of value, profit, and budgeting • Advanced knowledge of techniques to improve profitability of a small business • Proven successful business tactics and credible image in the industry • Good marketing skills • Ability to forecast, set goals, and train others • Knowledge of product and customer service standards for independent retail pharmacy businesses • Advanced analytical and probing skills • Proficiency in related computer programs such as Microsoft Office • Strong presentation skills • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Attention to detail • Willingness to travel up to 75% or more, including overnight trips, within the assigned customer base and geographic territory, and attend conferences and trade conventions
