📋 Description

• Manage data supporting day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and business performance decisions • Develop, execute, and maintain Part D risk score analytics within the Medicare Risk Adjustment Finance Department • Support financial forecasting, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making • Use Excel, SQL, and Power BI for modeling and results analysis • Maintain model accuracy over time • Translate analytical findings into clear business insights • Communicate the financial impact of Part D risk score changes to business partners and leadership • Identify outdated assumptions and incorporate updated data or methodology into model enhancements • Explain complex model outputs in a business-relevant way • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 5 years of technical experience • Programming skills in languages such as SQL • Experience compiling, modeling, interpreting, and analyzing data to identify, explain, and influence variances and trends • Experience explaining variances and trends and enhancing modeling techniques • Experience managing data to support operational, strategic planning, and business performance decisions • Passion for continuously improving consumer experiences • Willingness to travel to Louisville, KY less than 5% of the time if not local • No work visa sponsorship available • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Preferred: financial or actuarial background • Preferred: experience with Power BI
