📋 Description

• Serve as primary facilitator and servant leader for a complex Agile Release Train (ART) • Lead and facilitate ART events, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt workshops • Facilitate PI Planning readiness through continuous exploration, roadmap alignment, backlog refinement, and pre- and post-PI planning activities • Coach, mentor, and influence Scrum Masters, Product Owners, technical teams, business partners, and leaders on Lean-Agile practices and mindsets • Partner with Product Management, Product Owners, Solution Management, and stakeholders to align strategic objectives with execution • Identify, manage, and help resolve program-level dependencies, risks, and impediments • Drive continuous improvement and execute improvement initiatives • Promote collaboration among teams, architects, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders • Use Agile metrics, dashboards, and program health indicators to assess ART performance • Support development and maturation of value streams and Agile delivery practices • Foster Communities of Practice and adoption of engineering excellence and built-in quality practices • Ensure focus on quality, predictability, continuous delivery, and business outcomes • Partner with Agility Enablement to improve program execution, operational excellence, and Agile maturity • Establish priorities, manage competing demands, and guide work across multiple teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training • 7+ years of related experience • 5+ years serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, or similar Agile leadership role supporting large-scale, technically complex initiatives • Extensive experience leading Agile Release Trains within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment • Advanced knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean-Agile principles • Demonstrated success leading large, complex programs and value streams across multiple teams and stakeholder groups • Experience influencing and collaborating with senior leaders, business stakeholders, product teams, portfolio management, and technology organizations • Strong facilitation, communication, coaching, and leadership skills • High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building capabilities • Passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer and business outcomes • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
