📋 Description

• Influence and set technical direction in the digital application space • Provide architectural strategies, solutions, assessments, and road maps for digital applications • Collaborate with product owners to understand functional requirements • Interact with cross-functional teams to provide application and cloud architecture expertise • Translate business needs into technical systems solutions • Lead the planning, design, and engineering of enterprise-level cloud infrastructure and platforms • Lead or contribute to build-versus-buy decisions from a technical leadership perspective • Communicate and present technical aspects, risks, challenges, and selling points of solutions to IT and business partners • Identify, evaluate, and assess risks to mitigate them and eliminate factors that could hinder successful solution delivery • Design solutions and application architecture for Humana's web channels, including MyHumana, Go365, and Humana Pharmacy, built on the Adobe Experience Platform and cloud infrastructure • Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field • 7+ years of progressive information technology experience directly related to architecture/engineering, information security, or another specialized technology field • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Minimum home internet download speed of 25 Mbps • Minimum home internet upload speed of 10 Mbps • Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection suggested • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Master’s Degree preferred
